We recently had a new alarm system fitted to our school by Recall, and also had our current fire alarm system updated, and all equipment serviced. Ollie, Danny, and Liam were fantastic to have on site. They were hardworking and committed to get the job done, and work was often completed ahead of the schedule. They were happy to give advice and guidance on a wide range of matters, and have completed a number of additional quotes and works for us since the initial work being carried out. Recall fitted an extensive fire alarm system to our property which included enclosed spaces and dusty barns, the dusty barns concerned me, however a solution was found and put in place (no false alarms at all so far) the whole process was very efficient and easy, we were informed of what was required to make sure we met our responsibilities when it comes to the British Standards. Site visits and walk throughs helped us visualise what the engineers were going to do and what was required for them complete work which made the process that much easier. All in all we are very happy and the personal touch was fantastic, would highly recommend Ollie and his team for any work.
