Directly employed engineers, proper training, and work that stays local — across the South West.
We employ our engineers. That is the whole strategy.
Almost everything a client values about Recall — first-time fix rates, consistent reporting, engineers who already know the site — comes from the same decision: we employ our people rather than subcontracting the work out and hoping.
That means we invest in training and expect standards in return. Engineers are supported through qualifications across fire, security and electrical disciplines, because an engineer who can handle three systems on one visit is worth more to a client and earns more with us.
The work is varied and it is local. Schools, hotels, care homes, retail units, housing portfolios — different buildings and different problems, all within a sensible drive of home rather than a week away in a hotel.
