Fire safety, electrical compliance and security systems protect people, property and businesses, and the team understands the responsibility that comes with that work. From first consultation through to installation, maintenance and ongoing support, every task is approached with care, precision and a commitment to doing things properly.
The team is made up of experienced engineers, project coordinators and support staff who work closely together to keep each job running smoothly. All are trained to current legislation, British Standards and industry best practice, so every system is installed and maintained correctly. Whether the work is fire alarms, emergency lighting, electrical inspection or security systems such as CCTV and intruder alarms, the focus is accuracy, compliance and long-term reliability rather than short-term fixes.
Customer service is central to how we work. Safety and security systems can be complex, so the team takes time to communicate clearly, explain options and give practical advice suited to each client. By being approachable, responsive and organised we aim to minimise disruption while delivering dependable results — which is what has let Recall build relationships that last well beyond a single project.

With over 20 years of experience in the electrical and fire safety industries, Ollie brings a rare blend of deep technical expertise and senior leadership gained inside large national organisations. Known for a results-driven approach, he leads with a sharp strategic mindset, a strong work ethic and a genuine commitment to supporting customers and empowering his team.

We employ our engineers rather than subcontracting, and we train them. Apprentice intakes run each year.
